Hey hey hey! Well, Christmas has come and gone, 2003
is almost out the door (countdown T minus 10 hours,
to be exact), and I'm left with some awesome music memories
and a pure feeling of stoke for all that the new year
will bring. I can't believe that just a year ago I thought
in my head "Maybe I can do this music thing for
REAL." Since then I've been to Europe and back,
sold some CDs, played a bunch of fun shows to great
crowds, and, oh yeah--FINALLY figured out how cell phones

I just finished my first major tour...400 miles
between each show and an almost constant need to keep
moving. Every night was like the finals of a b-ball
tournament...a room full of hungry fans, and for me
another chance to introduce myself and my music...I
wanted to turn them on, and warm their blood...some
crowds were only luke warm and a challenge to boil...others
were on the verge before we ever hit the stage.
