Hello there!
Wow, so much has happened since Kristen reviewed release
back in May of 2004. I cant believe that its been almost
two years since I released that album! I know how cliché
Im being, but time really does fly when, well, you know..
So, what have I been up to lately? Tons. Im gearing
up for some really exciting traveling over the next
few months. In November I am going to NYC for my first
time, playing a few shows up there, then jetting cross
country to Seattle, Washington to play in the Rockrgrl
Music Conference. Some other places I will be making
stops in are Austin, TX, Chicago, IL, Nashville, TN,
and of course my hometown, Indianapolis, IN.
Lets see, what else? I recently put a band together.
Ive been flying solo for two years and it felt like
it was the right time to expand my music to be played
with a full band. It is still all of my own original
music, but now its being supported with a little help
from guitar, bass, and drums. Plans for the band include
playing shows and recording a new album sometime in
2006.
So there you have it, traveling, playing with a full
band, and recording pretty much sums up whats on the
horizon for me.
